With strong demand for rental properties, international investment, and luxury real estate opportunities, this role is ideal for agents looking to build a business centered around real estate investing and long term wealth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze investment opportunities throughout the Miami and South Florida market

• Work with clients on acquisitions, flips, rentals, and multi family properties

• Create financial models to evaluate ROI and long term performance

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and international buyers

• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements to secure strong outcomes

• Stay informed on market trends, zoning, and local economic activity

Requirements:
