Investment Strategist (Associate / Senior Associate / VP)

Support the development and execution of portfolio-level strategy across multiple investment strategies Conduct market research and competitive analysis on new strategies, products, and industry trends Assist with organisational planning, including team structures, incentive schemes, and operational models Work on strategic initiatives such as new product launches, platform expansion, and business scaling plans Prepare high-quality presentations and analysis for senior leadership and investment committees Manage and coordinate internal strategic projects across different teams Support portfolio reviews, vintage analysis, and strategic allocation decisions Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar strategic role involving private markets investing Strong understanding of investment firms and private markets environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Experience conducting market research, strategic analysis, or internal consulting projects Excellent project management capabilities and ability to work across multiple initiatives Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean, high-performance team
