Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role located in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Investor Relations Associate will maintain and enhance communication with current and potential investors, craft and present investor communications, and provide detailed analysis and reporting on investment opportunities. This role will also include managing investor inquiries, supporting due diligence processes, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investor Relations and managing investor communications
• Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Proficiency in Communication, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Investments and Private Equity markets
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
