Title: Investor Relations / Marketing Lead
About the job
Apis Capital Advisors is a long-established NY-based hedge fund seeking to add a key investor relations and marketing professional to our team.
We run a traditional fundamental equity hedge fund strategy built on bottom-up stock picking on both the long and short side uniquely focused on smid-cap equities in Asia, Europe and N. America. Our team currently consists of 9 people, led by the firm’s two principals.

- Help manage investor onboarding and documentation, including subscription documents, NDAs, side letters, and related materials, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel
- Maintain high standards of responsiveness, accuracy, discretion, and professionalism in all external communications
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for senior leadership
- Help improve the firm’s marketing, investor relations, and client service processes over time
