Job Description Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking an E-Trade Application Support Analyst. The team is responsible for supporting globally the ION platform. The key focus is to provide BAU production support issues/user inquiries and align processes and procedures with the global support teams: to ensure current service agreements are met and requirements are successfully implemented, also to establish a high level of quality for the production systems supporting the FI businesses. This role is a front office analyst for the New York team. Role and responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting trading operations. Work closely with various teams to support seamless integration across systems. Monitorapplication state and input/output data correctness throughout the day, hand-over with follow-the-sun support teams Ensurethat all application support logs are fit for purpose #LI-MONARAKI #TALANAMERICAS Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance orQuantitative finance Candidates must have relevant experience in a similar role.They must be experienced in providing support as part of a team, and have practical understanding of the criticality of trading applications. Min 3+ years of relevant experience Good Knowledge of ION Trading systems,fixed income, and FX products.
