2-Month contract - Inside IR35 - up to £650 per day

Putney based - hybrid working - 2 days on site

Manufacturing sector - previous industry experience preferred

Summary

The UK Market requires an interim IT Business Solutions Manager (Data & Analytics) to ensure continuity of critical data‑related activities during a temporary resource gap. The role is essential to maintain ongoing delivery, safeguard compliance with operational processes, and support several high‑priority market initiatives.

Business Need & Context

The UK Market is currently undergoing significant transformation across its data landscape, including:

• Increasing volume of new UK data demands and change requests.
• Active initiatives requiring immediate support (e.g., SKU‑level data enhancements, segmentation changes, new product launches, and associated reporting requirements).
• Critical blockers affecting access to necessary market data for informed decisions.
• Dependence on timely and structured requirements definition to avoid delays in regional delivery.

Scope of the Interim Role

Primary Responsibilities

The interim BSM will:

• Translate business needs into data‑solution designs rather than coordination only.
• Define and validate requirements for data changes, ensuring alignment with the WE Regional D&A pillar.
• Support demand intake, prioritization, and impact assessments.
• Provide local leadership for data‑related initiatives requiring UK‑specific context.
• Ensure business continuity on topics previously handled by the departing/absent resource.

Required Skillset

• Strong data‑strategy and solution‑shaping capability.
• Ability to design and articulate data flows, not just generate reports.
• Proven experience in managing change requests, assessing technical implications, and liaising between business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in Local Data Platform / Data Model
