IT Data Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Data Analyst to support data warehouse integrations and analyze IT performance data.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze IT operational, platform, and delivery data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for IT metrics and performance tracking

Act as a liaison between IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders for analytical needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics-focused role

Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data across multiple sources

Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools

Knowledge of data modeling concepts and analytical best practices
