Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures related to IT, data privacy, security, resilience, and disaster recovery.
  • Deliver timely IT support across offices, classrooms, and computer laboratories.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, clusters, and servers.
  • Manage software installation, maintenance, and license renewals.
