We are seeking a highly experienced

to oversee and coordinate multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and successful delivery of strategic projects. This leadership role requires strong program management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive complex projects across technology and business teams.

• Manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Define and oversee

• **Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to quality standards across all projects**

• **Lead strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and change management efforts**

🧠 Requirements

• Proven experience as an
• *IT Portfolio Manager, Program Director, or Strategic Projects Lead**
• **Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies**

(PMI, Agile, PRINCE2)

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing
• *complex, multi-project portfolios**

in hybrid or remote environments

• Ability to evaluate risks, optimize resources, and ensure timely delivery
