We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer II to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our internal team, support both on-site and remote employees, and assist with our Azure Virtual Desktop environment. Applicant needs to be patient and dedicated to supporting your team of professionals. Must be able to move in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment for remote workers
- Assist with Entra ID and Intune administration for device and identity management
- Support welcome team responsible for setup of employee workstations and equipment
- Resolve issues for internal team quickly and efficiently
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track internal issues and resolutions through the company ticketing system
- Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, software installs, patches, etc.)
- Develop and update online support documentation
- Perform systems administration functions for infrastructure, email, software updates, anti-virus, backups, and CRM systems
- Provide administrative support for Salesforce
- Zoom phone system administration—setup/deploy phones to on-site and remote personnel
- Other technical duties and projects as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience working with Windows, Mac OS, and Google Workspace at a growing company with a minimum of 175 users
- Some experience with Azure environments (AVD, Entra ID, or Intune preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal team
- Positive and professional demeanor
