We are hiring a Java Developer for a high-impact role with a leading financial services organization. This position focuses on backend development and production support for business-critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Java based backend applications and microservices
- Work on production support, issue resolution, and system stability
- Build REST APIs using Spring Boot and related technologies

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with microservices and REST APIs
- Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or capital markets
- Production support or application support experience
- Experience with Kafka, messaging systems, or event driven architecture
- Familiarity with Linux or Unix environments
Nice to Have
- Exposure to trading systems, market data, or order management
- Understanding of FIX protocol
- Experience with high throughput or low latency systems
