In this role, you will become an integral part of our content strategy group that applies analytical rigor and meticulous attention to detail to enhance our content portfolio, marketing initiatives, and delivery processes. • Develop and maintain predictive models that forecast content performance, user engagement metrics, and audience behavior trends
• Utilize advanced statistical methods to identify correlations, causations, and emerging trends within our content ecosystem
• Work with big data technologies to process and analyze terabytes of streaming data, viewing logs, and user interaction metrics

Customer Behavior Analysis

• Analyze customer behavior patterns including content type preferences, viewing habits, consumption frequency, and engagement trends
• Identify unmet customer needs and underserved content opportunities that can drive new content acquisitions and original programming decisions
• Develop comprehensive user segmentation models to enable personalized content recommendations and targeted marketing campaigns
• Create detailed viewer personas and journey maps that inform our content development and acquisition strategies

Content Strategy and Decision Support

• Predict content engagement levels to guide acquisition decisions and inform our content investment portfolio
