Join PwC's Risk & Independence team, where we focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for our clients. In this role, you will provide expert advice and innovative solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance internal controls to effectively mitigate risks.

As a Joint Business Relationships (JBR) Manager, you will lead the charge in developing business strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact our clients. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-quality results. You’ll use your growing industry knowledge to recognize opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm, while fostering a culture of integrity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex independence issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote understanding of independence rules.
  • Develop training materials to educate staff on independence requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and adjust practices accordingly.
  • Facilitate discussions addressing compliance challenges and opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders to enhance awareness of independence rules.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in risk or compliance roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Understanding of independence rules from regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical and consultative mindset for effective problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to convey clear messages.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills for managing priorities.
  • Experience in leading projects or initiatives.
  • Ability to develop, review, and draft independence policies.

The salary range for this position is $73,500 - $212,280. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and enjoy competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal and family sick leave.
