Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are a plus.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or research within an investment firm or financial institution.CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification or equivalent is highly desirable, showcasing commitment to the profession.Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and market dynamics specific to the industry.Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software such as Excel, Bloomberg, or FactSet for data manipulation.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate findings clearly to diverse audiences.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous in a global market context.
