We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Research & Advisory team at Eduvantis. Our team helps higher education institutions make data-driven strategic decisions to improve enrollment outcomes and financial performance. Junior Analysts work closely with senior team members in a collaborative, fast-paced, remote environment and gain exposure to multiple client projects.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in consulting, market research, and/or data analytics. The Junior Analyst will support client projects by analyzing large datasets, contributing to primary and secondary research, and helping develop data visualizations and client presentations.

During the first 3-6 months as a Junior Analyst Eduvantis, we expect you to:

  • Support project teams by analyzing datasets and contributing to market and enrollment analyses
  • Assist with primary research execution, including survey programming, distribution, and initial data analysis
  • Help maintain datasets, dashboards, and research outputs used across projects
  • Provide operations and coordination support for client engagements
  • Contribute to internal research initiatives and business development efforts as needed
  • Develop familiarity with Eduvantis methodologies and the higher education landscape

After this initial period, we expect you to:

  • Conduct analyses independently using Eduvantis methodologies
  • Identify opportunities for additional analyses to strengthen project insights
  • Support the development of client deliverables, including synthesizing findings and contributing to presentations
  • Design and manage components of primary research projects, including survey and questionnaire development
  • Participate in client meetings and discussions when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data analysis or data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong competency with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience programming or analyzing online surveys (e.g., Qualtrics)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Master’s degree in Business, Higher Education, or related field
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
