Key Responsibilities
Provide support for various proprietary government applications
Respond to telephone and electronic requests for support, including password resets and user training
Enter, monitor, and update help desk tickets to track progress and resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience
Active Secret Clearance or higher
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Applications, Internet Browsing, PDF)
Previous Application Service Desk / Call Center experience is a plus
