Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.
Job Responsibilities
- Building, testing, and deploying automation workflows using tools like Amazon Bedrock Flows, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and related scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Support automation delivery projects, from design and implementation through to post-deployment support.
- Maintain and improve reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Provide consultation on automation feasibility and solutioning for new use cases.
- Explore and apply AI-based technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to enhance automation solutions. Prior engineering experience with AI technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Artificial Technology or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business process automation or related fields.
- Experience in Business Analyst role will be considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with RPA and workflow tools (UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, AWS Bedrock Flows).
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and acceptance testing, with the ability to design and validate automated workflows.
- Familiarity with test automation practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and quality assurance frameworks is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Practical knowledge or experience applying AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to automation use cases is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture, with experience integrating automation solutions into AWS-based infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
