Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support business reporting
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
- Work closely with business teams to understand analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Support ad-hoc analysis and help prepare presentations or summaries for leadership
- Participate in real-time projects to gain hands-on analytical experience
- Engage in interview preparation sessions and receive ongoing job support
Required Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Strong understanding of data analysis fundamentals and statistical concepts
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Basic understanding of data cleaning, validation, and data quality processes
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques
