Junior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from various sources. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Support senior analysts in ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects. Contribute to the development and documentation of data processes and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis. Learn and apply new analytical techniques and tools as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data-driven improvements. Gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and their data challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas. Familiarity with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
