Junior Data Analyst - Entry Level

Our client is seeking an eager and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team. You will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Assist in collecting and organizing data from various sources. Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Create reports and visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate findings effectively. Support senior analysts in developing dashboards and business intelligence tools. Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Learn and apply statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Contribute to the development of data-driven recommendations. Maintain documentation for data processes and analyses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting. Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a strong plus. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Prior internship or project experience in data analysis is beneficial.
