Job Overview We are looking for a Data Scientist with a passion for building practical, creative AI solutions. In this role, you will develop machine learning and generative AI applications, work closely with clients to understand their business needs, and help communicate the value of our solutions clearly and effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and client interaction . You will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world AI projects while growing your skills under the guidance of experienced senior data scientists.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will be supported by a team of 15+ data scientists with over 10 years of experience delivering AI projects across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including machine learning and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into effective data science solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to explain technical concepts, project approaches, and solution recommendations in a clear and confident manner.
- Build and refine tools such as chatbots, machine learning models, data pipelines, and analytics applications tailored to client use cases.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, proof-of-concept projects, and visualizations to demonstrate our AI capabilities and project value.
- Stay up to date with developments in data science, machine learning, and generative AI, and share relevant insights with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and generative AI applications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English , both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a practical delivery-oriented role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with chatbot, LLM, or generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Experience with client-facing work, presentations, workshops, or technical consulting.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, analytics tools, or cloud platforms.
- Fluency inMandarin is a plus.
