This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment while working alongside experienced engineering and operations teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and production teams with daily operations and technical projects
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and processes
- Participate in troubleshooting equipment and production issues
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant environment
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and co-ops welcome)
- Strong interest in manufacturing, metals, or industrial environments
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite in a production environment
