Junior Industrial Engineer

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Industrial Engineer to join their fully remote global team. You will be instrumental in analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting workflow analyses, process mapping, and time-and-motion studies; designing and implementing new production or service systems; developing and testing operational procedures; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes; utilizing data analysis and statistical methods to evaluate performance; and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field. Strong skills in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma are highly desirable. Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Python) is expected. Excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this remote role.
