Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior IT Data Analyst based in Boston, MA, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement that includes on-site and remote work. The role involves working with data sets to analyze, interpret, and identify trends.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting data and system issues, creating reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The Junior IT Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data management and support technology-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient Analytical Skills to collect, interpret, and effectively present data

• Knowledge of Information Technology and familiarity with basic data analysis tools

• Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues through Troubleshooting processes

• Strong written and verbal Communication skills to present insights and liaise with various stakeholders

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

• Basic understanding of database structures and data management processes is a plus
