Junior Product Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong for a Product Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for supporting (1) defining internal facing product requirements and follow through on the product development, (2) support product operations initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to roll out campaigns, functions and communications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Analyzing product performance
• Executing data-driven strategies
• Supporting product management to optimize features and operations.

The role also demands effective communication with stakeholders to ensure strong operational alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Entry level job: 1~3 years of Product related experience
• Must speak native Cantonese and fluent English
• Understanding of Product Operations and End-to-end product lifecycle.
• Good Analytical Skills and experience in utilizing Data Analytics to inform decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.
