Role Description
This entry-level product role supports product managers and cross-functional teams in analyzing user needs, product performance, and feature delivery. The position focuses on product research, data analysis, coordination, and helping build technology products that meet customer and business goals.
Key responsibilities typically include
- Supporting product managers in day-to-day product planning and execution
- Gathering and analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
- Monitoring product KPIs such as adoption, retention, conversion, and usage metrics
- Assisting in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature documentation
- Coordinating with engineering, design, QA, and business teams on feature delivery
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations on product performance
- Participating in sprint planning, standups, and Agile ceremonies
- Helping test new features and validating product releases
- Conducting basic research to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Maintaining product roadmaps, documentation, and tracking tools
Qualifications (Must-have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in product, business analysis, tech operations, or internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Interest in technology products, user experience, and digital innovation
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion
- Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics, or dashboard tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Internship experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or startup environments
- Understanding of UX/UI concepts and customer journey mapping
- Exposure to A/B testing or product experimentation methods
- Strong curiosity for AI, mobile apps, or emerging technologies
