Role Purpose(s)
Application development, enhancement, maintenance and support for next generation Tuas Terminal Operating System (GTOS+2.0).
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications.
- Manage and support the Software Development Life Cycle (“SDLC”) of assigned project(s) from initialisation to closure.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery and technical feasibility.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (“SIT”), User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) and System Implementation and Deployment.
- Ensure technical solution supports the business requirements.
- Perform system troubleshooting
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide 24×7 system support in a team-based setting.
- Willing to travel down to data centres and endpoint deployment sites when needed to support troubleshooting and remediation of issues
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support departmental goals and business needs.

Education Requirements
- Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
Working Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field
Skills Required
Must-have skills
- Proficient in programming (JAVA / C / C++)
- Oracle / SQL
- Hands on experience in frameworks like Angular, Spring Boot; Cloud Foundry or similar cloud technology
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)
Preferable skills
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Azure Integration/Delivery
- UML (for Business Analyst role)
