Job Title: Junior Project Manager (PMO & Analytics)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role combines traditional project coordination with modern analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, and capable of translating complex information into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination across multiple initiatives
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, timelines, and risks
- Maintain and enforce PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau (or similar tools) to provide actionable insights
- Leverage analytics and AI tools to improve project tracking, forecasting, and decision-making
- Prepare high-quality presentations and executive summaries for leadership reviews
- Monitor project KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1– 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile/Waterfall basics)
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with analytics and basic data interpretation
- Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong PowerPoint / presentation skills with attention to storytelling
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent – optional for junior level)
- Experience working in a PMO environment
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data tools (nice to have)
- Experience with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
