Job description:
The role supports the integration of artificial intelligence, automation tools, and data analytics into daily service operations and reporting, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and analyze service department data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the designand deployment of AI-powered tools (chatbots, predictive models, workflow automation) to enhance service efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for service KPIs, including turnaround time, VoC/NPS, and customer retention.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks such as CRM updates, follow-up reminders, packages sales, and data entry.
- Collaborate with service teams, and management to implement data-driven solutions.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of AI and automation solutions.
- Document processes and provide user training on new digital tools.
