Redhedge Asset Management is looking for a highly motivated junior analyst to join our Trading Operations team. We are open to consider either soon-to-graduate or recently graduated candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting front-office activity across credit products and repo markets within a dynamic asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for credit trading and repo transactions
- Assist with trade capture, validation, and settlement processes
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks and reconciliation issues
- Liaise with traders, counterparties, and custodians to ensure smooth execution
- Support reporting, risk, and collateral management workflows
Requirements:
- Strong quantitative background (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or similar)
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel; programming skills (Python, VBA, etc.) are a plus
- Interest in fixed income, credit markets, and repo financing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have the right to work in the UK
