Position: Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs)
Location: Dallas, TX (Need Local and Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
We're seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to drive our next-gen AI initiatives. You'll architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Crew.AI.
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs for diverse applications.
- Build and integrate SQL Agents to enable natural language interaction with databases.
- Drive the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment using Python.
- Mentor a team of AI engineers and define technical roadmaps.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI principles and frameworks (e.g., Crew.AI).
- Proven experience with Generative AI models and LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG).
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
- Experience designing and implementing SQL Agents for natural language to SQL conversion.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
