Key Responsibilities: Lead the research and development of advanced NLP models and techniques, focusing on areas such as sentiment analysis, machine translation, text generation, and information extraction. Design and implement experimental protocols to validate new algorithms and assess their performance against state-of-the-art benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate AI/ML solutions into product roadmaps. Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals. Mentor and guide junior researchers, providing technical direction and fostering their professional growth. Identify and explore emerging trends and opportunities in NLP and AI, proposing innovative research directions. Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready NLP pipelines and models. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patent applications and publications. Present research progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and related fields. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of research experience in Natural Language Processing, with a strong publication record. Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK). Strong understanding of machine learning principles, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a research team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex, open-ended research challenges. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively. Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments is a plus.
