Lead AI Research Scientist - Natural Language Processing

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of extensive research experience in Natural Language Processing. Demonstrated track record of leading research projects and publishing high-impact work in top NLP conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL). Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proficiency in programming languages like Python. Strong understanding of classical NLP techniques, language modeling, transformer architectures, and large language models (LLMs). Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
