Lead Analytics Data Engineer

Drive analytics engineering as a Lead Engineer. Design and evolve data stacks while collaborating with teams across business domains to enhance reporting and metric frameworks.

This role requires deep expertise in analytics engineering and 6–8 years of experience in data analytics or engineering. You will build scalable ELT pipelines, maintain complex data models, and ensure best practices are implemented in data tooling and governance. As a mentor, you'll guide other engineers and play a key role in shaping the data culture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve analytics data stack
• Collaborate with business leaders on metrics frameworks
• Drive best practices in analytics code and pipelines
• Mentor other analytics engineers for team growth
• Shape data governance strategy and documentation

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years in analytics engineering or data analytics
• Proven experience with dbt in production environments
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses
• Familiarity with BI tools for self-serve analytics
• Leadership experience in data teams preferred
