Lead Analytics Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build a new Partner Relationship Management system, focusing on design, architecture, and long-term ownership

Develop backend-focused full-stack features, including database design, REST APIs, and a lightweight UI

Establish early engineering workflows and contribute to technical decision-making and team hiring

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of relevant experience with strong technical skills and engineering fundamentals

Experience building full systems end-to-end, including databases, APIs, and web UIs

Experience with Rust is a significant plus
