About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on ML model builder to lead the advancement of our state-of-the-art foundation model for 3D design and manufacturing. You will tackle complex challenges within a multimodal ML model that seamlessly integrates geometric representations and mechanical reasoning. Your contributions will empower future designers, engineers, and creators to transform their imaginative ideas into reality.

This is a proactive role that sits at the crossroads of ML, technical architecture, and vision, allowing you to not only influence the models but also shape the future of AI in tangible applications. You will play a critical role in translating cutting-edge ML research into impactful products.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing and training large-scale transformer-based models, particularly multimodal or generative systems.
• Proficient in PyTorch, distributed training, and modern ML infrastructure.
• Experience iterating on models in a production environment, not just in a research setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in initiatives that have shaped company direction, product development, or customer experience.
