Lead BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from Adobe Analytics and Power BI, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI solutions, ensuring seamless data modeling and visualization.
• Integrate cross-channel marketing data into cohesive reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
• Lead informative discussions on monthly and quarterly reporting, sharing insights and making recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to maintain accuracy and integrity across various platforms.
• Identify strategies for optimization aligned with business objectives and marketing strategies.

Skills

• Extensive experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
• Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling and governance practices.
• Strong SQL skills, adept at managing large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in data storytelling and visualization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and understanding of marketing attribution models.
• Background in data engineering or experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• A portfolio showcasing previous reporting strategies and designs with Power BI dashboards.
