A company is looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst. Key Responsibilities Serve as the key data partner for business teams and senior leadership, providing insights for strategic decision-making Develop Tableau dashboards and toolkits to standardize success management strategies and shared KPIs Curate business analytics content in Tableau and manage data ingestion processes in collaboration with Analytics Engineering Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in an analytics development role Advanced skills in data engineering (SQL, Tableau Prep, custom formulas) Experienced in data visualization and dashboard development, preferably with Tableau Proven quantitative and analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and forecasting Experience working with various data sources such as Salesforce and Workday
