Working for an industry leading, high-growth marketplace scale-up, the Lead Data Analyst will work with department heads and C-Level, owning data collection, visualisation and insight generation, influencing key decision making across the business.
The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for:
Data strategy and leadership
Working with teams and senior leaders across the business to drive business growth
Partnering with product, marketing and commercial teams to generate and operationalise insights
Data collection, management and visualisation
Using AI to scale impact
The Lead Data Analyst will have:
A proven track record as an experienced, commercial Senior Analyst at a consumer focused (b2c) business - marketplace would be ideal, but not essential
Ideally worked with a variety of teams e.g. performance marketing, digital product, trading, commercial, ecommerce, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – used to dealing with senior business leaders
Strong SQL
Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Heap, Tableau/Looker, etc.)
Candidates could come from any consumer sector such as retail, ecommerce, travel, media, etc.
