Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Design Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong. This position involves leading the design team in creating intuitive and user-centric products, developing and implementing design strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design goals with product management priorities. You will oversee the entire product design process to ready-for-scale hardware, ensuring innovative and visually compelling solutions that resonate with our mission of revolutionizing health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Design Strategy to lead user-centric design processes and define innovative solutions
• Expertise in Visual Design to develop aesthetically appealing interfaces and experiences
• Experience in User Research to understand and analyze user needs and behaviors
• Knowledge of Product Management to align design objectives with overall product goals and organizational strategies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally
• Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering products in technology-driven environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Smart Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
