Our client, a global leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to join their pioneering and fully remote engineering team. Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical system design and architecture for new product development, from concept to production. Develop detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection. Oversee power management strategies, including battery management systems and power distribution. Implement and test embedded systems, microcontrollers, and digital/analog signal processing. Conduct rigorous design reviews, simulations, and validation testing to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance. Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues encountered during development and production. Stay current with emerging electrical engineering technologies and best practices. Contribute to the development of R&D roadmaps and strategic technical planning.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical system design and engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proven expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up. Deep understanding of power electronics, analog and digital circuits, and embedded systems. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Altium Designer, OrCAD). Strong knowledge of control systems, signal processing, and communication protocols. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities in a remote setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., CE, FCC). This role is essential for driving innovation at the forefront of electrical engineering.
