You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of complex electrical systems for next-generation energy storage solutions. This includes overseeing schematic design, power distribution, control systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the electrical engineering efforts for new product development and system upgrades. Design and develop electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and power distribution systems for high-voltage applications. Perform system-level electrical design, including component selection, power budgeting, and signal integrity analysis. Develop and implement control strategies for integrated systems, working closely with firmware and software teams. Oversee PCB layout and design reviews, ensuring manufacturability and reliability. Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical systems, including performance, safety, and EMC testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration and deployment. Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering and power systems. Ensure all designs comply with relevant national and international standards (e.g., UL, CE, IEC). Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power electronics, control systems, or embedded systems. Demonstrated experience leading complex electrical design projects. Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence). Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and communication protocols. Experience with high-voltage systems and safety standards is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
