Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a closely related finance role
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and rolling up your sleeves to pull and analyze data
• Confident communicator who can partner with senior leaders and translate complex data into clear insights

What you’ll do:

• Own full P&L reporting and analysis for multiple brands across the West and Midwest regions
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, forecasts, and executive-level materials
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, board decks, and ad hoc strategic and scenario analysis
• Act as a first layer of review and quality control, serving as a key FP&A partner and backup to the FP&A Manager

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $85,000–$105,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
