Job Title: Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City (financial district)

Salary: $180-200k/year

Requirements: 8+ years of experience, React/Node, Startup experience

We are backed by the same folks behind companies like Spacex, Anduril, Neuralink, Palaantir, & Reddit. We are a seasoned team of financial industry veteran, tech founders and operators. The independent financial advisory industry is a $80T market in the US with little technological innovation comparted to the self-service market (Robinhood, Betterment, Wealthfront, SoFi, etc). For example, it often takes financial advisors three days to open client accounts and requires antiquated processes like faxing paper work! That's where we come in.

We are pioneering the first wealth tech data orchestration platform to help streamline financial workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the client experience for our customers. We're committed to innovation and excellence as we reshape the landscape of finance.

We're currently hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can lead the development of our early product.

Our stack: React, Node, Fastify, MUI, React Query, Vite, Storybook, Playwright

What you'll be doing:

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and product strategy as a foundational team member
• Contribute to creating a developer environment that's both efficient and genuinely enjoyable to work in
• Support smooth day-to-day product operations by using monitoring and observability tools to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly
• Collaborate on growing the engineering team by helping recruit, onboard, and guide new developers as we scale

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Expertise in React & Node
• Seed or Early-stage startup experience
• Experience with AI prompting, models, and tools (personal experience works!)
• You thrive in a face-paced environment and you have the desire to work with ambiguity, speed, and independence
