Lead Industrial Engineer

Our client is searching for an experienced Lead Industrial Engineer to join their innovative team in Miami, Florida, US . This role will focus on optimizing complex systems, processes, and organizational structures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that drive significant improvements in manufacturing, logistics, or service delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and improving production processes, developing performance metrics, conducting time and motion studies, and implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. You will lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects, manage project timelines, and ensure successful implementation of recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering. Proven experience in process improvement, capacity planning, and facility layout design is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are critical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with engineers, technicians, and management. Experience with simulation software and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
