Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the integration of automation and new technologies into manufacturing workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Quality Assurance. Mentor and guide junior engineers in process analysis and problem-solving. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering department.
