Duties

The Lead Management and Program Analyst is responsible for leading a team engaged in the data management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

In This Position, You Will

  • Design and maintain data systems and databases, fixes coding errors and other data related problems. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, and presents data in a format that is easily suited for target audience.
  • Serve as a management and program analyst and team lead responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and overall administration of a myriad of management, analysis, and advisory functions in support of the Office of Facilities Management and Reliability (OFMR) which provides reliability engineering and systems life cycle care responsibilities for all SF properties.
  • Demonstrate mastery of standard software tools and applications such as: Tableau, Excel, Access, Microsoft BI, Word, Power point.
  • Verify CMMS data operations are executed correctly and identify system issues that would impact integrity of information contained with the database.

GS-12 Experience: You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Service. For this position, specialized experience includes activities such as data management in the CMMS, quality assurance and the analysis of data associated with asset management activities such as asset records, historical maintenance records, work task completion data, failure reporting, corrective action resolutions, planned, preventive and predictive maintenance activities and, data analysis to provide statistics on database and service provider work efforts.
