A market-leading consultancy is hiring experienced process and manufacturing engineers to deliver high-value improvement projects for a portfolio of tier-one clients across pharma, specialty chemicals, semiconductors, aerospace and defence, and industrial manufacturing.

These are complex, operationally critical environments. From day one, you will be on client site helping drive measurable improvements in yield, downtime, throughput, process robustness and equipment performance.

You will be expected to take ownership of defined project workstreams, work directly with client stakeholders, and help coach more junior team members while delivering against project goals.

Deliverables:

  • Lead defined workstreams within major manufacturing improvement projects
  • Solve line-side process and performance issues in live production environments
  • Deliver yield, throughput, OEE and downtime improvements through structured, data-led analysis

  • Work closely with client engineering, operations and leadership teams
  • Coach and support junior consultants and project team members

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in line-side investigations, root cause analysis and performance improvement in manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of owning workstreams or leading key parts of high-value projects
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
  • Able to demonstrate quantified delivery, for example yield improvement, downtime reduction, throughput gains, scrap reduction or cycle-time improvement
  • Experience in large-scale, complex manufacturing environments is highly desirable

Important

You should expect to spend 4 days per week on client site. This is a non negotiable element to this opportunity
