Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a significant portion in the aerospace industry. Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects. Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, NASTRAN). Deep understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
