- Partner with product design, manufacturing, and operations to integrate gear solutions into complete product architectures.
- Implement continuous improvement to boost performance and streamline manufacturing.
- Run performance reviews and provide clear growth feedback.
- Stay current on gear technologies and industry trends to inform decisions.

What you’ll need to succeed
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
- 5+ years in engineering with 2+ years in a people-management role.
- Deep knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing.
- Proven history of taking products from concept through launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Hands-on proficiency with CAD and engineering analysis tools.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
